Frequently Asked Questions

 The sooner, the better! Our calendar fills up quickly, so we recommend inquiring at least a month in advance of your event.  All orders must be finalized at least two weeks in advance of the event date. 

 A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remainder is due 7 days prior to the event date for standard orders and 14 days prior to the event date for wedding orders.

• Minimum order on Cupcakes = 1 dozen per flavor 
• Minimum order Wedding cake = $350 (35 servings)
• Minimum order on party cakes = $190 (12 servings)
• Minimum order on treats and desserts = 1 dozen

 If your cake is larger than three tiers, we offer and strongly recommend delivery. If it is a smaller cake, delivery is optional - please check in with us to see if we are available to deliver your cake. 

 We do not offer shipping at this time. All orders are for local pick-up or delivery.  

We offer a to go cake tasting box with 4 flavors of your choice.

It has a cost of $30 that will be deducted from the final price of the cake (only on wedding cakes over $500) if you hire our service. 

Once the payment is made, the pick-up date is coordinated so you can enjoy it in the comfort of your home. 

 Cakes are very sensitive to temperature. Make sure your vehicle is at or below 75 degrees when you transport it.

Cakes should be placed on a flat surface, preferably out of the sun. Direct sunlight for an extended period of time or setting on an incline can weaken the integrity of the cake and cause sliding of the layers (heat and gravity).

Drive carefully. Inertia from acceleration, deceleration, and sudden turns can cause the cake to shift or the box to move unless properly secured.

 Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of our cakes, they are non refundable. However, if damage does occur at the irrefutable fault of my business, a partial or full refund may be given. This will be determined on an individual basis. Proof must be provided within 24 hours either in person or by way of pictorial evidence. Once the cake has been cut and served, this will signify your acceptance that the cake was fit for purpose and no compensation will be given.

 All deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations with at least two weeks notice, credit may be given for a future order, subject to the date being available. There will be no refund for orders cancelled inside of two weeks.
